This Privacy Policy explains what data datacube collects, how we use it, and the choices you have about that data.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, company, and role you provide when you create an account or schedule a demo.

Integration data: business records ingested from platforms you connect, such as ServiceTitan, Workiz, QuickBooks, Housecall Pro, and FieldEdge — limited to what is required to compute the KPIs and dashboards you configure.

Usage data: log data, device identifiers, and product-analytics events used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use data

We use data to provide the Service, support you, prevent abuse, and improve features. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your business data to train third-party AI models.

3. Sharing

We share data only with vetted subprocessors (hosting, email, error tracking) under written contracts that require equivalent protections. We may disclose data to comply with valid legal process.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to customer data is logged and restricted to personnel with a need to know.

5. Your choices

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. To make a request manually, email privacy@datacube.ai.

6. Retention

We retain integration data for as long as your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation. Backups roll off within 90 days.
